Description

To the best of our knowledge, no labeled bilingual named-entity resource exists for the Classical Chinese-Vietnamese feudal chronicle Dai Viet Su Ky Toan Thu (DVSKTT). We construct the first such resource using Gemini 2.5 Flash, which processes each aligned sentence pair under a constrained schema to label five entity types - person, location, title, event, and dynasty - with relations and cross-lingual links. The result is two typed knowledge graphs: 14,719 Chinese and 14,095 Vietnamese entities across 62 relation types, connected by 12,353 cross-lingual links. A gold-free audit yields entity grounding 97.5%, label validity 98.8%, and 98.8% dictionary agreement on cross-lingual links. Against three-annotator gold, named-entity recognition achieves micro F1 0.937 (macro 0.948, inter-annotator agreement 0.86). We release the resource, extraction pipeline, and validation scripts to support downstream cross-lingual NLP tasks.
